Rudy is back on N. 7th Street with Maria’s Bakery complimenting those seasonal Winter greens, citrus, seedless cucumbers and a variety of other natural and organic products you would expect to find like jams, seafood, meats, cheese and bath products.
Lizzy’s Cheese Straws will be returning to the Fernandina Beach Market Place this Saturday with her tasty, southern treats. Her straws are a rich blend of cheddar cheese and spices baked into a crisp cracker. It has just enough peppery spice to give it a sassy bite!
Naturally Yourz is bringing a “Granola Bar” to the market. “Belly up to the bar for your usual, Mister”, but now two sides are included in the price! You choose your favorites from raisins, dried cranberry, banana, walnuts, pecans and more.
Kelley’s Courtyard Cafe likes to experiment and uses the farmers’ market vendors and customers as their personal Tasters. We were delighted to try the first batch of their newest release, a dark chocolate chip cookie with chili ancho powder and bourbon cherries, that was still warm and fresh from the oven.
By request, we have secured Papa Crawdaddy for your musical entertainment. Enjoy listening to Peter “PAPA” Popalo and Shane “CRAWDADDY” Crawford. They are multi-talented singer/songwriters who played together for seven years as the rhythm section for other bands, but now have launched their own!
