My Personal Chef is at it again, and by that, I mean they have planned a delightful menu for Saturday, February 16, 2013.
Each week they bring prepackaged, frozen foods, ready for you to take home. These heat ’em and eat ’em meals are perfect if you have a busy family or simply need a break from meal planning.
This coming Saturday they are bringing both of their popular staples, Michelle’s Meatloaf and Donna’s Authentic Italian Meatballs. Jambalaya, Grilled Chicken Parmesan and Pork and Pineapple with Rice will be in their freezer, too.
If you prefer a Vegetarian diet, no problem! This week they are bringing Baked Eggplant Parmesan, Quinoa and Black Bean Stuffed Peppers with Pepper Jack Cheese, and Lentils Braised in Red Wine.
