January 11 at the farmers market The Fernandina Beach Market Place farmers’ market, open year-round on Saturdays, transforms N. 7th Street of Amelia Island’s historic district into an open air village of vendors offering their fresh baked breads, seasonal produce and other organic, local and natural products.

Open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, rain or shine, the Market Place is now accepting applications for new vendors to join us in 2014! CLICK HERE to fill out an application.

The Market Place is also booking local musicians to appear, and non-profit organizations are invited to contact us for a FREE booth space, without committing your organization to anything else, EVER! Send an email to info@FernandinaBeachMarketPlace.com for more information.

Wondering what type of booths we already have? Consider cooking up some Amelia Pasta, made with real vegetables and hand milled spices. There are no artificial ingredients or fillers.

Looking for fresh greens? Cabbage Creek Farm is located in NW Nassau County and have been offering seasonal vegetables and flowers harvested the day before market since 2007! Everything is grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers, instead they use crop rotation, green manures, grazing animals, compost, and mulch to enrich the soil.

Blue Moon Creamery is one of our newest vendors, and they come all the way from Gwinnett County just outside of Loganville, Georgia. Blue Moon specializes in flavored goat cheeses including Garlic Basil, Pimiento, Fruit Trio, Smokey Horseradish and more!

These are just brief details about three of our nearly 40 vendors, but we’d rather you come see for yourself so we invite you this, or any Saturday, to visit us on N. 7th Street in downtown Fernandina Beach for the friendliest farmers market in Florida.
