Bacons Select Produce has introduced a new product, the Japanese Fuyu persimmon. This is a tasty fruit, that is shaped like a tomato, similar to an pear in texture, and has an orange pumpkin color. At about 100 calories, this little fruit is packed with vitamins A and C, and eating it like an apple makes a great snack for kids and adults alike.

Mike’s Mad Jerky has returned to the farmers market each week. Try a sample of their amazing pepper, teriyaki, or sweet flavors. African Love Kitchen is also a weekly vendor with a lot of flavor. Check out their authentic Tanzanian sambusa or their chicken and rice dishes, both are available fresh or frozen, and you must try their pepper sauce. You may recognize Collar Cottage from the Arts Market, but they also make two and four-ply face masks and are set up in the farmers market. You will also find designer masks at the Osbourne Ranch booth, too.
