The Fernandina Beach Market Place will be open Saturday, June 8th, featuring our weekly variety of breads, jams, soaps, candles, olive tapinades, cheeses, meats, shrimp and produce, including the freshest local and seasonal fruits and vegetables.
We are delighted to welcome back Lizzie’s Cheese Straws, a once a month exhibitor in our market. Featured in Delta magazine, these are flavored snacks of cheddar cheese and spices baked into a crispy straw shaped cracker. Also returning this week are two local’s favorite restaurants Merge and Kelley’s Courtyard Cafe, and An Un-Believable Egg Roll will be here, too, with authentic Vietnamese egg rolls on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month. (In July, Rose will be here with her egg rolls on the 2nd and 3rd Saturdays.)
Music will be provided by local musician Ian Hayes. There will be Pirates in the area as the Fernandina Pirates Club will be promoting the upcoming Royal Pirates Ball and this Saturday is a great opportunity to learn more about promoting your business and improving our community’s quality of life as our local Chamber of Commerce will be onsite to answer your questions.
You have a standing invitation to the Market and we are open each and every Saturday, rain or shine, and your well behaved pets are welcome, too.
