Farmers Market and Arts Market Open Memorial Day WeekendIt is the 2nd Saturday of the month and that means it is time for the Fernandina Beach Arts Market to join the farmers market on North Seventh Street in historic, downtown Fernandina Beach. If you have company in town for the Memorial Day Weekend, the farmers market is a great way to show off the spirit of our vibrant community!

After a sell-out weekend for many of the artists who also had a booth at the Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival, vendors like Beauti Bows and More have been sewing like crazy to replenish their inventory and will return to the Arts Market this Saturday, from 9:00 to 1:00 PM.

Olive My Pickle has brought back their popular Black Bean Hummus and don’t forget to bring the kids to sign up for a free pickle in the Kids Pickle Club.

White Hawk Farms will be back in the market this week with their fresh eggs, goat soaps and milk. Rose’s An Unbelievable Egg Rolls returns with her authentic Vietnamese egg rolls and her new Southwest variety, which is available only for a limited time.

Seven Trees will continue having an extra booth space for only two more weeks, and their booths will be full of healthy perennials, blooming annuals and hardy succulents.

Artists and volunteers from the Chamber Music Festival will be on hand to provide our entertainment, as well as answer any question you may have regarding this 14th season of this highly anticipated music festival.

This Saturday, at the Fernandina Farmers Market, Peter Jubell will take a break from his regular barista role at Island Juice and Java and highlight his other business, Amelia Island Fun. There will still be plenty of coffee, lemon-aid, and smoothies, but also on display will be several electric bicycles from Bat-Bike Electric Bicycles for commercial as well as consumer use and cruiser style pedal bikes for rental programs targeted at resorts, hotels, condo’s and event management programs. Stop by and take a look!

We invite you to join us at this open air market where neighbors, family and friends enjoy a delightful Saturday morning stroll through about 40 vendors booths of arts, crafts, specialty food products, seasonal produce and so much more.

We are open every Saturday, rain or shine, from 9:00 to 1:00 PM on North Seventh Street, between Alachua and Centre Streets.
