Fernandina Beach’s downtown farmers market will be open on North Seventh Street Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., rain or shine.

We are featuring three vendors this week. An-believable Egg Rolls is one of our most popular vendors and lately she has been selling out! Come to meet Rose Didion as she joins us twice a month during the spring with her authentic Vietnamese shrimp, chicken, pork, and vegetable egg rolls. Riverwood Candles sets up a booth on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month with seasonally scented, wooden wick soy candles. They are great for your home or for giving as gifts. Rick and Lizzie Bacher, of Lizzie’s Cheese Straws, are back this week and looking forward to sharing their pimento cheese, parmesan cheddar with oregano and sun dried tomato, white cheddar and rosemary, red velvet, classic cheddar, and cheddar habanero flavors.

Music will be provided by Guitarist Chris Loomis who donates all of his tips to the non-profit organization, America’s Youth. Members of the American Legion Post 54 will be joining us with the One Blood Bus. Stop by and learn the eight different blood types and how each one holds a unique power to save lives. Time slots are filling up fast, so please visit OneBlood.org to make an appointment to donate blood during the farmers market.
