November 15th Farmers Market in Fernandina Beach

Share

november15-farmers-market-fernandina-300Nearly 40 vendors will be participating in the farmers’ market on North Seventh Street, in Fernandina Beach, on November 15th.

Among those, here are three customer favorites that are not always at the Market Place:

Rose, from An Un-Believable Egg Rolls, returns with her handmade, authentic Vietnamese egg rolls. As a young girl, Rose helped her grandmother make egg rolls for neighbors and friends to earn extra money. Rose watched closely, learning her recipe and memorizing every ingredient that went into her famous egg rolls. When you taste them, you will surely agree that these are indeed the most unbelievable egg rolls you have ever tasted!

Bob and Lin are back from Vermont with their Steephill Maple Syrup products including Grade A Fancy, Medium Amber and Dark Amber syrup. They will also have Grade B Dark syrup and fresh Maple creme. Maple syrup is not just about pancakes! Use as a tasty glaze on baked salmon, sweet potatoes and yams. Maple syrup can also be added to barbecue glaze for pork or beef ribs. This is 100 pure syrup, with no artificial additives of any kind.

Lizzie’s Cheese Straws offers an elegant twist on a timeless tradition lacing a rich cheddar cheese flavor together with a subtle butter taste topped off with just enough of a peppery spice to give it a ‘lil kick… a dash of Southern attitude you might say. Baked into a crisp straw-like cracker and made fresh to order, this southern staple is a must-have at any festivity. Lizzie’s Cheese Straws is a tasty alternative to your typical chip or cracker and sure to be a party pleaser at any gathering. The biggest problem with Lizzie’s Cheese Straws? They taste so good, they will never last in the car ride home!!!

Music will be provided by the Hambone Stumps Band and Community Hospice is our “Booth with a Cause.”

The Fernandina Beach Market Place is open rain or shine, every Saturday, from 9:00 to 1:00 pm. Located on North Seventh Street in historic Fernandina Beach, your well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome to come along.
