The Fernandina Beach Market Place farmers market is thrilled to introduce our newest vendor, Red Flag Spicy Foods. This company does one thing, and they do it quite well… hot sauces. Image chocolate, tequila, orange, and a variety of different peppers blended to perfection in the several flavors they carry. Their award winning, Not Dead Yet, has taken the hot sauce competition world by storm and they are stacking up the prizes with 2nd place in the Hot Division of the recently held Old Boney Mountain Hot Summer Night International Hot Sauce Competition and a 3rd place win with Fusebox, in the New York City Hot Sauce Expo Screaming Mimi Awards. This small family owned company from St. Augustine comes to the farmers market every Saturday.

Also new in the farmers market is fresh chicken. JD Beef is now offering natural whole chickens in addition to their amazing pork and beef products. Osbourne Ranch is also offering up something new in their hand crafted, natural plant based soap, Ocean Rain. This clean and refreshing soap smells clean and leaves behind no residue.

Even though we are located outside, in the fresh air, the farmers market is still requiring all vendors to wear face masks when dealing with customers. We have hand sanitizer available at both entrances to the market, and every vendor has some on their tables. While masks are not required to be worn outdoors in Nassau County unless you cannot provide a space of six foot physical distancing, we are encouraging all of our customers to wear masks. We have two vendors selling practical, cute, and whimsical face masks in 2 and 4 ply.

The Fernandina Beach Market Place farmers market is located on North Seventh Street, between Alachua and Centre Streets. The market is open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., every Saturday, rain or shine. Music this week will be performed live by the talented Chris Loomis. For the most recent information, please follow them on Facebook.
