Fernandina’s Last Farmers Market Before Christmas 2014


kids-pickle-clubSaturday, December 20th will be your final opportunity, before Christmas Day, to pick up fresh vegetables, desserts, beef, salmon, appetizers and snacks from the Fernandina Beach Market Place farmers’ market.

Kings Kountry Produce is the only place to find Florida Sunshine sweetened strawberries! The also have plenty of great tasting greens, delicious cauliflower and tasty broccoli.

Pies from the Spice Pantry are only $10.00 and perfect for the holidays. Tressa’s Treasure’s offers southern-style, traditional peanut brittles, spiced cashews, chocolate dipped pretzel rods and more. Looking for gluten-free sweets? Check out Something Good’s flavored breads and Jack and Diane’s cookies.

J.D. Beef will have a truckload of free range Angus beef, and All About U.S. Wild Salmon has Weathervane Scallops, and fresh Alaskan Salmon.

Olive My Pickle will return with their new Kids Pickle Club. Kids simply pick up their official membership card, then select their favorite pickle. When they present their card at Olive My Pickle in the farmers’ market, they get a FREE pickle on a stick!

We hope you will bring your entire family to North Seventh Street in historic, downtown Fernandina Beach, this and every Saturday to visit nearly 40 exhibitors of seasonal produce, fresh breads, plants, honey, desserts, sauces and more. We are open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, rain or shine.

Holiday, musical entertainment will be provided by the incredibly talented musician, Dan Voll.

Located adjacent to the farmers’ market, The Fernandina Beach Arts Market will also be open on December 20th where you can visit with local artists and discover treasures that make fabulous holiday gifts.
