This is the season for amazing Florida produce and Cabbage Creek Farms has a picture perfect table of healthy vegetables grown on their Nassau County farm including kohlrabi, carrots, Asian turnips, radishes, romaine, kale, spinach and Swiss chard.
Crow’s Warrior Salves include a perfect winter salve. Created by a strong frontier woman with deep beliefs in the healing power of the natural elements, and strong ties to the Crow Indian healing remedies, their heavy duty “hard core hands” is based on her original 1929 formula. High in bees wax and pine rosin, Crow’s Warrior Salve is great as a daily remedy for the extremely dry skin brought on by the dry winter air.
Looking for some comfort food in the middle of winter? Try topping Tommy’s fresh, seasonal strawberries grown on his farm in Stark, Florida, with the vanilla ricotta cheese from A Natural Springs Dairy; it is an amazing combination.
This week’s entertainment will be provided by local Musician Alain LeLait, and we are thankful to have All American Gutter as a sponsor to the farmers market.
